The fats

Rendered fats are a key part of production. The selection of raw materials allows to obtain fats of specific origin such as pork lard and bovine tallow. They have different uses, they are used in the chemical, cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry or in the mechanical one as a natural lubricant or used in the production of biofuels but animal feed is certainly the main use, both for livestock and for pet food. For this reason, during the process, particular attention is paid to ensure the purity and sterilization of the finished product, using a high temperature process to guarantee maximum safety and the elimination of bacterial loads. The product is delivered in bulk by tanker. Given its pasty consistency at room temperature, in order to be handled it must be brought and maintained at a temperature of about 50 degrees. Being able to count on own means, distribution can also be carried out in small quantities, at least over the short - medium distance.

Meat meal

Meat flours or PAP (processed animal proteins) are a fundamental part of production. For these products, an accurate treatment is essential to guarantee their safety but at the same time to enhance their quality. The high content of noble proteins and a fair amount of fats make meat flours a fundamental ingredient in the nutrition of pets. Pet food is in fact the sector that absorbs the vast majority of production; is a constantly evolving sector, increasingly committed to improving its quality standards, which is why the offer of meat flours has over time been adapted and diversified in order to satisfy customer expectations. The variety has thus become wider by developing specific procedures for the production of high-quality monoproteic flours of rabbit, wild boar, deer, lamb and other species.
All production is carried out in compliance with regulation CE / 1069/2009 method 1. Special productions are carried out on customer specifications.
